Bartenders for all over the Midwest arrived in Cincinnati on Sunday November 7th to compete in one of the oldest flair contest in the world.  Flips for tips 11 , yes that is right 11.  Chico Garcia has been running this contest for a long time.  This contest has been won by both Delpech bothers along with Dario Diomo and lasts year champ Danilo Oribe.  This year’s event took place over 3 days so it was not in my budget.  It seems like i missed a great time.  Nobody runs a comp like Chico he always makes sure the competitors have a great time and goes above and beyond.  Chico was the first person to get me a double xl shirt when i was fat.  This years comp was centered around a monday night football game.
